Project Output
Line Operation Description
The raw part is placed inside the fixture by an operator.
As the rotary table turns:

In the first rotation, the part reaches the first robot, which performs a portion of the weld spots.

In the second and third rotations, robots two and three complete the remaining weld spots.

During the fourth rotation, the fully welded part returns to the operator’s station, where it is removed from the fixture
