Project Output

Line Operation Description

The raw part is placed inside the fixture by an operator.
As the rotary table turns:

  • In the first rotation, the part reaches the first robot, which performs a portion of the weld spots.

  • In the second and third rotations, robots two and three complete the remaining weld spots.

  • During the fourth rotation, the fully welded part returns to the operator’s station, where it is removed from the fixture
